Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Kellyville Public School is located on Dharug Country. At Kellyville Public School we respect and acknowledge Aboriginal People as the traditional custodians of the land.
The school opened in 1873 and has provided for over 150 years and continues to provide quality public education to the Kellyville district.
In policy, programs, history and culture, Kellyville Public School is underpinned by a tradition of excellence. This tradition has fostered high community expectations and a correspondingly high level of dedication and commitment by staff.
Kellyville Public School has a clear focus on providing quality educational opportunities for each child. The school's learning community is dedicated to nurturing the growth of the child, the family and subsequently the community at large.
The staff are committed to promoting student well being, personal best, leadership and academic excellence. As a school, we have committed ourselves to developing a culture of life-long learning. The school aims to provide a supportive, yet challenging learning environment and as such, extension and support programs form a significant part of the curriculum offered. These programs are designed to meet individual learning needs and provide positive expectations, relevant to the changing needs of today's society. The school is proud to provide many opportunities for the students to excel in the performing arts, sports and leadership.
All parents want the very best for their children. At Kellyville Public School this means our school has a commitment to nurture, guide, inspire and challenge students - to find the joy in learning, to build their skills and understanding, and to make sense of their world to become confident responsible global citizens.
