Year 4 Parents and Carers - Applying for Year 5 entry to an opportunity class in 2022
Parents and carers are required to apply on behalf of your child online. If you have already returned an ‘Intention to apply for Year 5 entry to an opportunity class in 2022’ note to the school, THIS IS NOT AN APPLICATION FOR ENTRY TO AN OPPORTUNITY CLASS. This is a notice to your primary school only that you intend to apply. You still need to complete the online application and you will receive an application number which you must quote when making enquiries.

Application site opens: Tuesday 20 April 2021
Application site closes: Friday 7 May 2021 at 5pm
Opportunity Class Test Date: Wednesday 21 July 2021
Parents are responsible for taking and collecting your child to and from the test centre. Students need to take a 2B pencil with them on the day of the test.
